Change Your Movement in 90 Minutes. Get Back to 3 Hard Training Sessions a Week.

A 90-minute in-person PT session in Las Vegas with Zac Cupples that changes how you move in the room and sets a plan to build a body that can handle training hard without constantly flaring.

“I went from not being able to hold a pen to moving without fear.”

“An orthopedist told me thoracic outlet, PT made my nerve pain worse, and I got to the point where I literally couldn’t hold a pen. I’m a mom, a trainer, an athlete—it wrecked my work and my head.

Zac saw me in Vegas, looked at my whole body, and actually listened. We tested, treated, and retested in the same session. Being given back the gift of being able to move, and not being afraid I’m going to hurt myself every five minutes, is so great.”

— Erica F., trainer and mom, seen in person in Las Vegas

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You’ve tried several PTs, chiros, maybe even had injections or a surgery. Yet, you still hurt.
  • Everyone only treats the spot that hurts. No one has ever looked at how your whole body moves.
  • You’ve been discharged. Your imaging says “everything looks fine,” but your body says otherwise.
  • Something flares up every time you push your training, and you’re back to square one. Again.
  • You’ve spent thousands of dollars and you’re not any closer to an answer.

You’re not a mystery. And you’re not broken.

Your body was never the problem. The approach was. No one has looked at the whole picture, in person, with hands on. Nor have they coached you through the rebuild so you don’t have those constant setbacks.

That changes here.

Why the Guy Who Teaches PTs Still Needed Someone to Look at Him

In my 15+ years as a physical therapist, I kept hearing the same story.

Tests are clear. Discharged from PT. Countless providers later. Still in pain. Still don’t move right.

Then it happened to me.

I was prepping for jaw surgery and spent a year trying to run my own recovery. I made small progress. Nothing close to what I needed.

When a complication postponed my surgery, I stopped guessing and hired an expert to test me, track me, and adjust my plan based on what was actually changing.

I made more progress in a few weeks than in the entire year before. My posture improved so much I qualified for a bigger jaw advancement, which helped address the sleep apnea I’d been battling.

I coach movement daily and teach it to professionals around the world. Even I couldn’t self-direct my own case. Nobody can. You need expert eyes on your body, live, in the room.

That’s what working in person does.

Before and after comparison of a client's foot movement

Kathleen’s story drives it home

She came to me with a left knee injury that no one could diagnose. We recognized that a lot of the problems were coming from her foot.

Afterward, and with progressing her exercises over time, she was able to get back to training and even go to Europe without her knee bothering her at all.

From Barely Surviving to Actually Training Again

Keri training

“My hip finally calmed down.”

“I had chronic hip pain that wasn’t going away with PT or just lifting more. Working with Zac in person, my hip finally calmed down, my deadlifts feel and look way better, and I actually rest and feel good when I train now.”

— Keri D., lifter, flew in from Los Angeles, continued with coaching

“Two years later, I’m doing real training.”

“When we met in Vegas I was surviving. Movement had stalled, flare-ups hit every time I nudged load or intensity, and anything beyond a tiny menu of strength and speed work was off the table.

We started with one in-person session, then kept working together. Two years later I’m front squatting, running 15+ miles a week, hitting 60-second 400s, and actually doing real training instead of just trying not to break.”

— SJ, athlete, started in person in Las Vegas and continued in coaching

“From ten pounds to ninety, pain-free.”

“Came in gasping for air during workouts, with a left side so weak a single-leg hip thrust maxed at ten pounds. Now: ninety pounds on that same lift, pain-free. Swimming turns without stiffness. Running two miles. Front squats and jumping again.”

— DM, started in person in Las Vegas and continued in coaching

What Everyone You’ve Worked With Missed—and What You Need Instead

Most care follows the same playbook. Look where it hurts, maybe the joint above and below. Do some massage and modalities over the pain, and then send you home with the same five exercises everyone else got.

That works for simple problems. But your problem isn’t simple. You’ve already proven that by seeing everyone, piecing your problem together over countless YouTube videos, and trying tons of exercises with varying results.

Although pain can show up in one or more places, the cause involves your entire body. But if no one maps how your whole body moves and ignores the full picture, they’re treating the smoke and ignoring the fire.

In person, I can study your entire case. See how your entire body moves live, be hands on, test, retest, and find the root drivers—the reason you hurt in the first place. Then I treat it and build your plan around how your body actually works, not what the protocol says.

One thing to be clear about: When we work together in person here in Nevada, this is physical therapy under a signed consent agreement. Real assessment, real treatment. If we continue working together remotely after your visit, that ongoing work is coaching, not medical care. You’ll know exactly which is which before we start.

The Changes That Can Happen in 90-Minutes

Client during an in-person physical therapy visit

Real client, real visit. Change within the session. Less tension.

Exercise coaching example

Follow through after the session so you’re not left guessing if you did the moves right.

Client training after physical therapy

It’s more than breathing and mobility drills. We use training and higher-level movements so the results stick.

Movement Change You Can Measure Before You Leave

Before and after force measurement results from one session

Within one session, this patient with a nerve injury increased peak force by 27% and early force production by 49%—an immediate change in both strength and speed. Not a single strengthening exercise was done. That’s because we get to the root cause of what’s driving your problem.

If you live here: The PT other professionals travel across the world to learn from is already in your city.

If you don’t: Clients fly in for this exact reason. Their local options failed. One trip beat another year of guessing. Just see me before you party away on The Strip.

Why a 90-Minute PT Session is Cheaper Than Another Year of Guessing

If you’ve been dealing with this for a while, you’ve probably already spent:

  • Hundreds on multiple rounds of ineffective PT, chiro, massage, injections, or other treatments that never fully solved the problem.
  • Weeks researching exercises, mobility drills, and online programs. Hours of trial and error to figure out which ones fit your body.
  • Months of lost training every time something “acts up” again.

Before you know it, you’ve burned thousands of dollars and tons of time…and you still can’t train and live your day to day the way you want to without things falling apart.

This session is built to get you off that hamster wheel.

Your Diagnostic investment is $1,000. We assess your whole body, test and retest what changes your movement, perform hands-on treatment, coach your first drills, and give you a written plan for what comes next.

After the session, we’ll recommend the next step that fits your goals, history, and budget. That may mean using the plan on your own, working with another provider, or continuing into coaching. If I’m not confident I can help, I won’t invite you in.

I keep in-person PT small so each case gets my full attention. This is not a high-volume clinic where you get passed between providers.

🔹 In-person Diagnostic: Limited spots based on my clinical schedule.

🔹 Ongoing coaching: Limited by coaching capacity and offered only when it fits your case.

If you’re a fit, we’ll tell you what’s available.

This Is for You If...

  • You’ve tried PT, chiro, and everything else, and you’re still stuck.
  • You want a real answer from someone looking at your whole body in person.
  • You’re ready to do the work after the visit, not just get worked on.
  • You can invest in getting this handled properly.

This Is NOT for You If...

  • You have acute red-flag symptoms that haven’t been cleared by a doctor.
  • You want a magic fix in one visit with no work after.
  • You refuse to change anything about your current training or activity.

How I Protect Your Investment

You’re paying real money for a 90-minute in-person visit. The minimum I owe you is clear communication and a usable plan.

Written Recap Guarantee

If your written recap email isn’t delivered within 7 days of your Diagnostic session, you can request a full refund of the $1,000 fee.

The session itself and any follow-up review you’ve already received are non-refundable once delivered, but you will not be left waiting without a recap.

100% Upgrade Credit

If you decide to move into our coaching program within 14 days of your Diagnostic, the full $1,000 applies as a credit toward your plan.

You’re not paying twice for the evaluation. The Diagnostic rolls into the ongoing plan.

If You Move Into Ongoing Coaching

For clients who continue into coaching, I protect you with the same guarantees I use on my coaching page.

14-Day Training Clarity Guarantee

Show up and do the work for the first 14 days. Complete your assessment, start your plan, and do your first check-in. If you don’t feel you have a clear, customized plan you understand and trust, your first coaching block gets refunded.

The in-person Diagnostic itself is non-refundable once delivered. That work happens in the room.

90-Day Marker Promise—Diamond Only

At the start of coaching, we agree on two measurable markers: a specific lift, a movement test, or an activity goal.

If after 90 days both markers aren’t improving and you’ve followed the plan, I re-evaluate, rebuild the plan, and coach you an extra 4 weeks at no additional cost.

Both coaching guarantees apply to the coaching blocks and the clarity of your plan. They are not a promise about medical outcomes from the in-person PT visit itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this real physical therapy or coaching?

In person, here in Nevada, it’s physical therapy under a signed consent agreement. If we keep working together remotely afterward, that ongoing work is coaching, not medical care. You’ll always know which one you’re getting.

Do I have to live in Las Vegas?

No. About half my in-person clients are local. The rest fly in because their local options failed. One line matters here: physical therapy happens while you’re physically in Nevada. Anything remote after you leave is coaching.

What happens in the first in-person session?

Full history, whole-body movement testing, hands-on assessment and treatment, starter drills coached live, recommendations for other health avenues to explore, and a written recap. You’ll feel and see changes measured inside the visit.

What if I want to keep working with you after?

Most people do. Some continue directly with me, and some work with a coach I’ve trained in my system. We figure out the right fit at the session end, based on your goals and budget.

Do you take insurance?

No. This is cash pay only. Insurance dictates visit length and what gets treated. I’d rather spend 90 minutes on your whole body than 20 minutes on one joint because a billing code says so.

What do I need to bring?

Athletic clothes and eagerness to get better. That’s it. Before your session, you’ll get intake forms that cover your history, everything you’ve tried, and medical concerns. You can send any imaging, diagnostics, and labs ahead of time in my portal.
