Your job is simple: help people train hard without flaring up.

Is This You?

  • You’ve coached real humans in a gym, clinic, or online.
  • You can break down complex movement ideas without making people feel dumb.
  • You care about client results, service quality, and memorable experiences.
  • You can have honest conversations about goals, setbacks, and money.
  • You want 25–30 remote clients instead of grinding through packed gym days.
  • You test ideas, learn fast, and keep refining your work.

You do not need to know our whole system on day one.

You need a strong coaching base, great people skills, and the drive to become less wrong every week. We teach the rest.

Pay & Client Load

Build a Strong Roster. Earn More as You Grow.

Coaches earn a revenue split on every client, paid per 4-week coaching block. These ranges are a rough guide once you are ramped.

Actual earnings depend on your split tier, client mix (Gold vs. Platinum), retention, and any added leadership or content responsibilities.

Growing roster

10–15

active clients

$2,500–$4,500/month

Start in the trainee tier. Build your roster while you learn our systems.

Move up through results. Higher split tiers, retention bonuses, and project or leadership bonuses reward stronger work.

Protect quality. We cap rosters near 35 clients. Complex cases and added leadership sit toward the top of the range.

The Role

Coach the Person. Solve the Problem.

You guide clients through assessments, tailored programs, focused coaching, and steady support until they hit their goals.

  3. Solve hard movement problems and explain the answer in plain English.
  4. Keep clean notes and follow up so nobody falls through the cracks.
  5. Help create content that reaches the people our approach serves best.
  6. Work with the team to make the client experience simpler and better.
  7. Run 15–20 minute discovery calls with warm leads—diagnose their goals, explain our process, recommend the right coaching tier, and enroll the right fit. We provide the scripts and training.
